Due to COVID restrictions being imposed by The Great Hall (at the time of this being released), we will be making some changes to the 2021 event. Keep your fingers crossed that by event time we will get the “all clear” and can resume as we have in the past, but in the meantime, our main goal is to make sure our in-person attendees are as safe as possible and still have a grand time. Specific precautions being used will be posted closer to the event.


Both because we know some of you don’t feel comfortable being around a group of people in a public environment like this and because of a limited maximum number of people that can now be in The Great Hall at one time, we will be offering both an in-person and a virtual version of the event for 2021.

How to Register:

  1. Go to the "Register Here" link(s) at bottom of page below and fill out the requested information.

  2. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation notice that includes a link to make your payment.

  3. You are not fully registered until we have received both your registration form and payment.

NOTE: If you rolled over your 2020 registration to 2021, you do not need to register again. We will contact you shortly to confirma all information is current.
